Never let a call go cold. Follow up on WhatsApp before you even hang up the phone.
Every day, small business owners and service providers take calls from customers, leads, and clients and the moment the call ends, the number is gone. You either scramble to save it as a contact, or you lose the chance to follow up on WhatsApp entirely.
DirectChat fixes this automatically. The instant your call ends, DirectChat shows a quick-action popup with that number already loaded. One tap opens a WhatsApp chat, sends an SMS, calls back, or saves the contact. No typing numbers, no digging through your call log, no saving a stranger's number just to message them once.
Why business owners rely on it every day:
A customer calls asking about your service. You hang up. DirectChat instantly offers to open WhatsApp so you can send your price list, catalog, or profile before they've even put their phone down. It turns every inbound and outbound call into an immediate WhatsApp opportunity, with zero manual steps.
Also included:
Quick Dial to WhatsApp - dial any number and open a WhatsApp chat without saving it as a contact
Recent - a history of numbers you've messaged, so repeat follow-ups are one tap away
Quick Reply - save your go-to messages and send them to new customers instantly
QR Code - generate your own WhatsApp QR code for customers to scan and message you directly
WhatsApp Web Scan — use multiple WhatsApp accounts on the same device
